Traceability is an effective way of controlling the distribution of drugs and a key tool in combating illegitimate drugs. Like a spider web whose threads reach every link of the distribution chain, by means of traceability it is possible to track a given drug. And thanks to the registration of all the sites a drug visits and the pertinent documentation, it is possible to obtain information about the origin of a specific medication.
TRAZAUDIT® SYSTEM
The TrazAudit® system was developed entirely by Track&Trace. With the security afforded by a digital signature, it makes possible the online registration, control and audit of information 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Implemented in 2006, TrazAudit® gathers information provided by thousands of parties, including laboratories, pharmacies, drugstores, health insurance carriers and members.
