To ensure trustworthy information on the quality and origin of the tracked products, traceability data records are not enough. The quality of the data must also be guaranteed: the data must be valid and the process of generating and presenting the data must adhere to specific procedures.

For this reason, Track&Trace audits information, documentation and procedures in an ongoing manner. Analytical revisions on the operations that are reported and recorded in TrazAudit® TO ensure early detection of errors and anomalies.

The monitoring ensures the precision and relevance of the reported information, allowing the information recorded in TrazAudit® to be compared with the printed receipts.

The conclusions are sent to the actors involved, and the auditing report includes: origin assurance, analysis of the tracking, compliance with deliveries and returns; verification of the stock series; reports and records of any claims.

In the case of identified medicines, the audit allows illegal medicines entered into the system to be detected.
